Liberty Reserve?

i am suppose to create a liberty reserve account to get some money into it and i was just wondering if anyone else here had a liberty reserve account...i was just wondering if it was trusted and if there was a minimum account that you had to have before you could withdraw the money out of it...and do you like it, does it have any fees with it, like when money is withdrawn or put into it(like paypal where they charge you a fee because of getting money)i was just wondering a few things like that and do you like it if you have it...is it hard to set up? is the website libertyreserve.com thanks for taking the time out of your day to help me and read my discussion and hopefully you will all have a great day!
