Yes,I usually take my mobile with me when I go outside and I get many urgent calls on my cellphone regularly.Its very rare that I leave my cellphone in my house or forget it in my house.

If I am just taking my dog outside or if I'm running out to my car for something I usually don't take my cell phone. The only time I do take it outside is if I'm going for a longer walk with my dog. I walk on some trails behind my house that way I have my phone if anything happens. You never know.
Other than that my cell phone goes with my everywhere. Work, to the store, to the gym, etc.

I always have my cell phone with me. If I'm at home on the computer, it's right next to me. If I have to run an errand or go the store etc. I have it on and with me. I guess you could say say that I'm always avalable.
