how do u get ur hair rly soft and shiny?

I deep condition it with Biolage Deep Conditioning Balm and then let it semi-air dry for a little while. I use Paul Mitchell smoothing cream and then blow dry with my ionic blow dryer and use a flat iron afterwards to make it even smoother.:)

I use the john frieda "Night" serum from the frizz-ease line. i put it into my dry hair at night before bed, and brush it through. in the morning my hair is so soft its wonderful! it moisturizes really well too, so I don't need to use a whole lot of extra stuff to make it shiny - this makes it shiny just by virtue of moisturizing it!

I also use really nice shampoo; tresemme shampoo and conditioner. They have really nice quality stuff for little money; i bought two huge shampoos and conditioners for less than $5 each and they've both lasted me for 2 months now!

What do you do?

I use Aveda Damage Remedy once a week. Also I use smoothing cream from Fructis when it is wet. I let it air dry a bit and then blow dry it the rest of the way. In the morning, I will give it a quick going over with my flat iron and then a misting of Suave Shine spray.
I have to be careful with the smoothing cream because a little is good but too much makes it feel really limp and weird.

Everyone thinks that in order to keep hair soft and shiny is to do things like use great shampoo, conditioner, and other products on a daily basis. Really there is so much more to hair than this. Hair, nails and skin go hand in had so a person must take care of their insides.

I take vitamins made especially for the hair, nails and skin. I also drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits and vegetables. On top of this, I make sure to exercise for 30 minutes around three times a day.

Truly, you can use any type of hair products as long as they have the right ingredients.

Really simple. You don't have to use any store bought products or serums.

Just apply a tablespoon or two of mayonnaise completely to your hair. Wait for 30 minutes and shampoo. You don't even have to condition. It leaves your hair soft and shiny.

by Clariol and it leaves my hair soft and reallyshiny
plus it smells just heavenly. its not expensive and its
really easy to use and smells so good, natural herbs are
in it and are so good for your hair.

the mayonnaise thing is very effective.my friend use that on her hair and for the result its really shiny and smooth..

My friend told me when you have conditioner in your hair to just comb through it a couple of times. I have tried this before and i did see a difference so maybe it will work for you!

shampoo and importantly the conditioner will do the trick for me..and just a once a month hot oil..
