your boss

My boss was a real pain, and at first I just suffered through it. Then I got really tired of it and realized that she was breaking some of the company policies that I had agreed to in my contract. (I always read contracts and paperwork) so I broke out my copy of it, and several of my coworkers and I wrote an e-mail to her supervisor explaining 1)The company policy citing my sources. 2)examples with specific dates, times, and listing other people who were there also as witnesses that she had broken the stated policy examples. 3)That my rights as a worker allow me to request an arbitration from the company, and that if we did not get this or she was not disciplined we would consider a lawsuit. This was a serious situation, not just her being annoying, but after we called her bosses attention to it, and he saw that it was multiple people (pretty much the entire department) she was replaced.

oh the boss thing again. Well i dont work under a boss rite now so i dont know. Yeah I boss many people and many things but as per thetopic I would try finding a newer job side by side. My nature was never to work under a boss. I really cant work under a bossy atmosphere so I took some business of my own where am the boss. I dont become a pain for anyone in my business. Its really bad but the only way out is what i mentioned above, change your place where u work get a new one.
