I have so many nightmares, sleep terrors, and fights in my sleep that it is a wonder that I ever wake up at all. Yesterday morning, I had a fight in my sleep with some strange girl whom I'd never met. I have no idea who she represented. But as soon as I awkwardly swung over to hit her, I woke up and went to the restroom. According to this article, these kinds of things run in families. I know that I have a first cousin who use to sleep walk when he was a little boy, but other than that, I do not know of any other instances in my family. My hubby says I talk in my sleep sometimes, am clear and concise but make absolutely no sense! I guess he gets a middle of night laugh because he'll ask me to repeat it and I do. I have no recollection of it in the morning. I too had a cousin that used to sleep walk. They live across the street from us when I was growing up. One time we found him down the street by the creek. Thank God it wasn't deep!
