 I have always been one to disapprove of homosexual relationships, in life and here on MyLot as well.
Today I watched a movie on Lifetime about a homosexual man (Matthew Shepard), and it broke my heart! I have always said that people choose to be homosexual and that their way of life is wrong... I had no right to pass judgment on people and I am sorry for any that I have ever offended here.
After watching this movie, I see that the choice to be homosexual is not a choice at all... this young man was homosexual and knew that it could cost him his life, in my eyes this shows that homosexuality is who people are, not who they choose to be.
Again, I am sorry that I passed judgment on anyone that is homosexual. This movie opened my eyes and I will no longer toss my two-cents into a discussion based on your way of life.

It really never bothered me at, as long as two people are happy then it's fine. I do agree though, the movies that show how hard life is for homosexuals really change your mind.

I have never disapproved of homosexual relationships, I have always thought that "to each their own". I am glad that this movie moved you and opened your eyes, that is wonderful.:)
