Did you get ragged by seniors??

That's a nice experience you had. I find ragging is interesting. But when i was in college nothing like this was there. Not even in my university. I would say it our bad luck that we don't experience these things.

Only once in my B.E,that too in my second year.
because of that maturity i have some tackled that time...

my college has ragging thing inside but the only thing is my looks. The seniors thought that first i was masters student. They ACTUALLY CALLED ME SIR!!!
and m like good good!!!


Then when they came to know that their so called SIR was their junior they never showed up

As we all know that ragging to junior students is a punishable offense in our country, but we all must agree that no law could be able to stop it totally yet. Ragging is still a very general issue in colleges. It has become common in schools too. The law should be more strict no abolish it totally. In doing so, schools and colleges should take careful steps.
Personally I feel ragging is okey to a certain limit. It creates the bondage between seniors and juniors also. Obviously, physical ragging should be a big No!

I didn't have such an experience when I was in college, venkygec. I have heard of times when ragging has gotten so out of hand that people are killed, and I think that it's against the law to rag, even though it still is quite common.

On my first day of the collage i was ragged by a senior named Rokey, He asked me to propose one of my classmate to whom i like most.
I proposed her very and we became good friends from that day we are ragging the remaining class

I feel that ragging should be there but there with that there must be limitation also. Ragging doesn't mean that to kill the emotions and feeling of a person but ragging should be done in such a manner that the person who is being ragged can improve himself. Improvement is necessary because today's world is of frank personalities and ragging helps in making person frank and confident in while facing the problems int he life. I am in favor of ragging but there is boundary for everything in this world.

ya that was a coll moment. which i remember often, that was the time when i was very new to college.yep that was a good experience for ever. Now in final year.enjoyed thats all.

ha ha...i enjoyed getting ragged..i was the first in the college to get ragged...sang songs and went around the entire college with an umberella..funny...he he...also in canteen and everywhere...almost for the first entire week we did nt go to canteen cos all of us were scared...but then all seniors got friendly and then later had lots fun with them too..

yes i did get ragged and that too on the first day while travelling in the college bus.had to sing a song and do some other act similar to what you had to do..
