 I will start. I am a granny of three grandkids and granny is what they call me.
1. Grandparents are always up for adventure.
2. We know lots of stories and some of which may be true.
3. We are not afraid to be silly.
4. We knew our grandkids parents when they were young. Have some interesting stories to tell.
5. We make the best audiences.
Now let me see how many can add to this list. There are many reasons why grandkids love their grandparents. So tell me some more reasons if you will?

1. jenai1300 (17)  | 4 months ago |  well, here in the Phillipines, when you ask a grand parent that question they will answer you that they love their grandchild because they wanted to do all the things they missed doing on their kids when they were still young, so i guess, grandkids love their grand parents so much because they can feel all the love and attention fom them. my mom married at the young age so she has to work overtime for us, so i got all the attention from my grandmom, and she's so cool, she always give me snacks and treats and surprises, and rewards from getting high grades from school;)

Oh they get mad and call me 'mean' but they also know when the punishment is over I'm going to show them how much I love them - hugs, kisses, or even just holding them. | |

The main reason why grandkids love grandparents is because they are the only people they know who can get away with telling their mom and dad off when they do something stupid or wrong in some way.
