The upper room...  | |  Has anyone ever wondered what the upstairs to Elvis' house looked like? I know that it's off limits. However, I did get a chance to ask his buddy George Klein, what it looked like. He told me that every item is still in the same place it was the day he died. Including where he laid his too brush and his bed has never been made. The bedcovers are stilled pulled back where he left them, when he visited the bathroom.
George also told me that Elvis' was extra large. Much larger than a king size bed and he had to have sheets made special to fit the bed. Plus he placed mirrors on the ceiling...so he could see himself. Since George told me this over the air on Elvis' radio station, it's public knowledge to share.
Anyway... Has anyone else learned of anything interesting about Elvis' home?

The only things that I found interesting about Graceland when I visited there some years ago was how small it was and also that it was the most visited home/ house in the nation. I just don't get it.

It does seem odd to leave things the way they were. But I guess...it's the family's way of seeing what Elvis' did right before he passed away. | |
