Now students have rented it and I am getting good rent. Price of property is also rising and I have plans to sell it after some years and buy property some where else. I am really happy with it. Never invest in FOREX or STOCK EXCHANGE as I suffered great losses their before buying property. Now I am happy and relaxed, don't have to work and just wait for rent to come and spend. The currency has also changed and all rent comes in EUROS.
