Hi Kitten,
It has been happening for at least a month now.
Instead of easing off it is getting worse.
Pretty bad when I cannot even touch my man without getting zapped.

I think we may need to put our swim off for awhile,
It is freezing here, I would turn into a floating block of ice.

All my floors are tiled, I have no carpet.
And the soles of my shoes are rubber.

As someone else said, check your foot-wear. This is a problem for me always.
I can't wear a watch of any kind. My doctor told me that some people actually
have more "electricity" flowing through them than others do.
You may need to discuss this with your doctor also.

Hello RhythmWalker1, yep my footwear may very well be part of my problem.
I wear rubber soled shoes as my floors are tiled.
Leather is far too slippery on tiles.

Hi Dancingmooney, No I do not have any fans running, it is our winter here.
I do not even have a heater running.

I will try the lotion on my hands and arms.
I do use it when I get out of the shower,
But perhaps I should use it several times a day.

I have been touching everything with the back of hand to try and stop getting zapped.
Some of the zaps are getting rather painful now.
