what is your favorite salad and salad dressing?

Definitely caesar salad with crutons, bacon bits, fresh parmesan cheese, and of course the caesar dressing... yum. Now I'm hungry!

I like wilted lettuce salad iwth bacon dressing. it is a delicious salad and dressing. I only make it like once or twice a year but it is the best. I often will make it when I have leaf lettuce because it seems to work the best with leaf lettuce.
I think that the flavors blend together in a really good way. Try it.

My favorite salad? I don't know. I like combinations of lettuce, cucumber, tomato... just about anything. I do enjoy some avocado in there too. My favorite dressing is probably a tie between tzatziki sauce and ginger dressing. Tzatziki is a Greek dressing made from yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and maybe a few other things. Possibly sour cream also. Ginger dressing, or the one I always love to have in Japanese restaurants, has an orange color, probably from the carrots in it. I'm assuming it's made of ginger, too. Either way, they're both delicious.

You've made my mouth water but it's almost lunch time so I'm going to have some salad: tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce, a bowl of mung and aduki beans in flax seed oil and pressed olive oil, with tomato and basil sauce.

With this I'll have organic beef sausages that I buy locally; the cows are grass grazed and are not given any injections. The sausages are large and thick with tomato and basil added to them.

I invented a dressing that goes like this:

pressed olive oil,
white wine vinegar,
dried chives
dried basil

It's delicious!
