What do you use, hanky or tissue?

i used to use hankies when i was a kid. my mom would always include one in the pack of school clothes i were to wear every morning. i used hankies up till high school. nobody used hankies in college so i stopped using them too. now i use tissue.

that's good at least when you studied in high school you used to use handkerchief. using tissues, we will produce more trash and we will be a part of which increase global warming.
me? i use tissue but i use it very rarely. as a man, i don't desperately need it to wipe my face or my lips or something else

I use tissue most of the time because I think its easier to carry. For hanky I used it during school days but doesn't like it much as you have to keep your dirty hanky after using and bring it home to wash as for tissue just throw it away after use and have a new piece the next time when you need it.

I use hanky when I was little, but have switched to tissue as it is more hygienic. I know that we are not helping Mother Earth this way, but I think hygiene comes first for me. Imagine you have blown your nose and you have to keep your snotty hanky in your pocket! Yucks!

I use both. It depends upon the usage. I use hand kerchiefs to wipe my face and hands. I use tissues to wipe out dirts in my cloths and to wipe out the foods and other such stuffs which we get on during eating. Tissues are very very useful when i get a running nose! One cannot use hand kerchiefs when having a running nose as you need dozens and dozens of kerchiefs to wipe the nose and one cannot keep washing all the ones used!! Whereas tissues will be very useful because we can throw it away after use.

im really used to hankies, since elementary days,, until today, i cant leave our house without it, our house would shake if i cant find any hankies,,^^ i hate tissues because everytime i used it, some parts of the tissue paper sticks on my face,^^

i use hankies as its bettr thn tissues...but i don wan2 carry tissues wit me...as i need2 tk a lot & it causes condrble wastage of paper so its bettr2 use hankies

Like you, nrtan2000, I am a tissue person but I do love a beautiful hankie!

when ever i goo out i prefer to take a hanky every time!!1 without an hanky in my hand i don feel comfortable going out!!!1 when in need .. that surely helps!! i would say that a day without an hanky will be my worst day!!
