what is your opinion about exercising everyday?  |

I was practising yoga for nearly 8 years since I had wheezing problem.Now a days I never get wheezing,but I have given up yoga and started walking everyday.I walk nearly 6 kms everyday.I enjoy walking.I feel relaxed and very very refreshing.I get a good night sleep.I think that I'l never give up walking under any circumstance in my life.How many of yol like exercising?whats your opinion about exercising everyday?

I think I have been overdoing it at the gym because I have not been letting my muscles rest after a hard workout. I read something about how when you excercise your muscles tear and you need to let them heal.
