I was practising yoga for nearly 8 years since I had wheezing problem.Now a days I never get wheezing,but I have given up yoga and started walking everyday.I walk nearly 6 kms everyday.I enjoy walking.I feel relaxed and very very refreshing.I get a good night sleep.I think that I'l never give up walking under any circumstance in my life.How many of yol like exercising?whats your opinion about exercising everyday?

Exercise of any form is good to health and it maintains both physical and mental strength.I am also practicing yoga and it gives me lot of relaxation from stress and strain.I think walking is also a simple exercise which keeps our body so fit.

Exercise is of course good for health. But I am always Lazy to do that. Hehe. Have never done that. I will try in my future. Hehe.

I think it's a good thing, provided that the amount of exercise done is not excessive..I only wish I had the self-discipline to get off my butt and do it! Glad it is working out so well for you though-keep going and continue having fun~

Yes.Walking is a very good exercise which cost nothing.I like walking very much,no need to spend all the money on a treadmill for doing it inside the house.I love to walk by the beach.

Yes, I think walking enable us to be relaxed. But I think practising yoga or else is a way of exercising.

Daily exercise is very beneficial. I do exercise everyday and certainly it keeps me fit and healthy plus all other benefits such as:

1. Keeping me in good mood everyday because I think exercise can even produce changes in certain chemical levels in the body, which can have an effect on the psychological state. The chemical is called endorphins which are hormones in the brain associated with a happy, positive feeling.

2. Regular exercise increases my resistance to colds and caughs. It really revitalize my immune system against viruses.

3. Exercise also gives me healthy brains because it boosts blood flow to the brain and helps it receive oxygen and nutrients. It helps me to be a quick thinker because the fire brain waves run faster when a person is exercising.

4. Exercise delays aging and keeps our body trim and sexy looking all the time.

So let us exercise everyday!

I think it depends on what exercise you do. It is important to rest your muscles. I think I have been overdoing it at the gym because I have not been letting my muscles rest after a hard workout. I read something about how when you excercise your muscles tear and you need to let them heal.
