why do some people even after exchanging referrals cheat

that's also what i feel... but no matter what, i didnt join so they can benefit from me, i joined because i want to earn. i would rather register myself without anyone referring me...

I think you need to give them the benefit of the doubt and message first. Sometimes a site you can access regular, they can not as it may be an ISP difficulty or something within the networking. Also, some people find it overwhelming to have so many sites, and I myself am finding it a bit overbearing as my finace has unloaded me with a few sites he doesn't like but that I have fair enough offered to take over for him. I feel bad that I do not click as regularly but as long as I don't have a set system, I won't be in the groove so to speak. So message them, but be polite. I'm expecting a few messages myself, and I can only hope that they are polite. I got one that wasn't so much, but I responded politely.

I know exactly what you mean I have seen people who say they want to swap referrals but then they make excuses about not being able to get on their account,or they never click their ads,which is kind of sad,and it is hard to find honest referrals,and I myself am kind of on the hunt for new sites,and maybe a referral swap with an honest trustworthy person.

I have very rrarely swapped refs with users here unless they are friends from sometime back. They know how I click and how I promote and don't get cross if I miss a day.
I did do a swap recently when I was asked by a new user here and now I keep getting PMs saying I am not clicking on his site but the reason is that I get no ads to click on! Then anothe was cross because the site he joined under me provides 12+ ads daily and he is clicking and the site Ijoined under him has only 4 - it's difficult to do as many clicks as him if there are not as many ads

Most of the times i will join sites that i feel i would join anyway when doing referral exchanges so that in the end when that happens i do not feel so let down.
I have been accused of not clicking a lot before and i know the site i was clicking on was clear scam and i didn't like being accused like that.
When i join sites which i really do not like and my referrals become inactive i stop clicking as well and most of the times they will start clicking on my sites as well.

I have had people do this, But I always make sure that when I join a site its one I wanted to join anyways that way I can then keep clicking and make cash from it. Even if they dont click at my site that way I dont feel cheated. I dont have to many sites that have joined under folks here at mylot but I stay active in all of the sites unless if I have a bad day and am sick like yesterday. Yesterday I didnt even get to post in here, so even here I didnt make cash.
