what you do with you blueberries?

I add my blueberries to my strawberry flavored icecream and add them to my fruit smoothies.

I like to eat them plain, myself. I also add them to blueberry muffins, make berry pies, make blueberry shortcake, add them to waffles, or just have them as a simple dessert mixed with sweetened sour cream.

I like my blueberry's in muffins. Any other way I don't really like them.

Blueberries are my absolute favourite fruit and berry..yummy!
I also like to put in the yogurt Julie and the ice cream...
My favourite to drink is Keifer Yogurt Liquid Drink by Lifeway Products...really really good for your health. xooxoxox

With blue berries when I go blueberry picking.I always end up eating over half of them, their good and I like the taste that they have. Otherwise we take the other blueberries and stick them in the fridge for later, sort of like a snack for the evening with a little bit of sugar.

You are lucky; you probably get the wild ones where you live. Here in Toronto these are very expensive, $ 4.00 for a pint. The cultivated blueberries are also in season right now, mostly they come from B.C. In one store they had 2pound boxes for $ 4.00. I bought six pounds. I froze some to eat later on my cereal or to snack on in the evening instead of chips. Right now I am eating them fresh mixed with yoghurt or milk and other berries. They are so good, not as flavorful as the wild ones but full of antioxidants all the same.

Hi Julie. I eat mine like a snack rather than having sweets or a biscuit or something else fattening. I find that generally blueberries are sweet and so are easy and nice to eat. I may have some cashew nuts with them as well. I love blueberry muffins but have never tried to make my own. I may do that one day or try other recipes.

Yum! I love blueberries, they go so good in all kinds of different recipes. I like to pick mine and then flash freeze them (on a cookie sheet) and then store them in the freezer in gallon bags. That way I can just grab a handful and add them to a recipe. I like to put them into muffins, pancakes & waffles, hot oatmeal, cereals, and lots of other things. They are such a healthy addition to any foods you cook! I used to make blueberry syrup so I could put some on vanilla ice cream (delicious!) Sometimes I'll make blueberry cobbler, or add them to other fruit cobblers to mix-up the flavor taste.
