What do YOU do when

I eat some candies yep...I crave sweets, I am going to eat sweets but not too much...or i munch on potato chips, especially the spicy ones with Jalapeno peppers

I have sugar free jelly and cream, yummy xx

When I get the munchies I try to avoid sugary bits and pieces as I cannot stop at just a piece or two. We use crackers and sliced cheese or sometimes will open a tin of fruit and use that with yoghurt.

Well a lot of times I give in. Since its very hard to crave sweets and not actually eat it. But I do get mad at myself when I do cave in since im on a diet and I know that will only hurt me. But I have to find something to help me not to crave sweets or not eat it when I do crave them.

I usually just give into whatever sweet I'm craving. Cakes and bread pudding are high on my list of favorites. I never would have thought of beer. I don't drink anymore but when I did it always made me want to eat. I'd get the munchies...like people do when they smoke pot.

If I really crave something sweet and don't have anything in the house or think it's in my best interest not to do a fridge search, I chew a piece of sugarfree gum. It kills my appetite for something sweet. I like the Dentyne Ice Spearment flavor. Something else that works for me is drinking Crystal Light Pink Lemonade which is sugarfree. Just seems to satisfy any craving for sweets.

Its very rarely i crave sweets Diane,but if i do i steal the kids or if they have none i eat something else like nuts lol..beer is yum yes,its the only thing i can drink in gallons that dont make me sick or want to fight someone ha

Lucky for me, I have all kinds of sweets in the house. I just got a new case of turkish Delight all the way from Turkey, and my husband and I were recently given some boxes of really good chocolates as gifts. We have loads of sweets in the house, so if we want something sweet to eat, all we have to do is open the cupboard.

Well, my mom puts green frosting on graham crackers when SHE gets hungry. I, personally, just pul out a couple of spearmints and suck on them.

Well, I hate beer, so that won't work for me. Since I'm fat and not really trying to lose weight - tho it would be nice - I go ahead and eat the sweet. I find jawbreakers really satisfy my craving and it'll take an hour to eat one! They are a good size thing, not those little ones.
