Need your ideas  | |  I'm managing an online auction to benefit my church. The bidding opens October 1. I need more ideas about how to get people to the auction website. Have you had any success in driving people to a website? What worked for you?
One of the objectives toward that goal is to put more email addresses on the site to go to the periodic promotional emails. I can't just buy lists and spam them. I need email addresses of folks that I think might be interested in the auction or in supporting our church effort to retire the mortgage and start a new building fund.
So I also need to know how to get people to refer their friends to the website.
