what will u do when u feel irritated

i always find exercise helps me when i am in a bad mood as it releases happy endorphins into the blood and makes me feel happier, if all else fails it takes my mind off things for a while and helps me release some built up anger

friend when i am irritated i just sing a song or listen to any type of music and really it helps me in cooling down friend try it i think it will work on you.

friend these moments have come in everyopnes life so have control on urself when u feel irritated with some one u have to leave that place and think about it in alone and try to find where u r worng and where others are wrong.
being irritating is not a solution u can come out of it by brief thinking about whole mattre.

generally i dont get irrited easily . but when ever i get irrited i listen sweet music. switch off my light and spread on bed .. try to recall sweet memeory of past.. other wise i started watching movie or have a walk in the street alone. or go to some park to make my mood lighter . some time i smoke to keep irritation 1000 mile away..
