Yes, i am a mother and it's the hardest job in the world but at the same the most rewarding job in the world, i wouldn't change it for anything although its a huge step and never to be taken lightly. I would never advise that any young girl rushes into motherhood, enjoy your life before settling down to have a family because its a child is for LIFE and believe me you will have to give up a lot of the things you enjoy, seriously

Well, I'd have to agree. There is nothing better than being a mother, especially if you have a loving husband as well.{em]happy[/em]

I knew even before there were any tests that I was pregnant. I just knew.

The nine months of carrying my son were sometimes hard. I gained quite a bit of weight and he was a big baby. When my hubby and I went to a rousing patriotic concert, our baby kicked the entire time. He loved music. He also loved to squirm around inside of me when I was trying to sleep.

When he was born, it was as if we knew each other - and we did. As a baby, he hung on my every word. He smiled when I came into the room. It was an awesome feeling.

My son is 24 now, and except for a brief time during the terrible twos and the second terrible twos that boys often experience (between 15 1/2 and 16 1/2), he's been a joy each and every day.

Yes i am a mother, a proud mother of 2 kids, its a combine feeling of happy,fear and difficulties.. you're happy cause you see them growing healthy,happy and smart, fear when they get sick and thinking of what they have for there futures, and difficult 'cause I'm the only one who's taking care of them right now 'cause my husband is busy working..but my best feeling of being a mother is when you came home from work and then they give you a hug and kiss all your tired feeling will change and it makes my day complete.

I'm a mother of a baby girl, now 19 months. She is very active and wants to climb all the time. Motherhood can be exhausting but I still enjoy every monute of it, watching her grow, develop, trying to talk, trying to manipulate things with her hands and feet. I enjoy the bond that we have and moments when she will just reach out and give me a kiss. It's something I would never give up for the world. But I guess you need to be prepared for motherhood, emotionally and physically. It's not as easy as it seems.

There is no feeling quite like being a mother and beaming with pride at your children, the love you feel for them is overwhelming... in a rather good way. I should mention though that there is no other job that places such responsibilities on your shoulders either. When you are a mother there are no breaks, no paid vacations, its a twenty-four hour job from the moment they are born. It can be stressful as well, especially if you are a single mother such as myself. There are financial concerns, such as opening up accounts in order to send them off to college, you are in charge of this little person who looks up to you for everything and you are their very first role models.

I always advise younger girls who are trying to get pregnant or are even thinking about it to borrow a baby for a weekend and along with baby sitting this baby clean your house and do some groceries and see how much time you have left for yourself... its not much time in the end... but all in all being a mother is worth all the sacrifices that I have to make.

yes it is a very diffrent feeling altogether. Things that your mother did, which you felt was interfering in your life, you would realize that all that interfering was for your good,and a lot of that when you become a mother yourself. It is a very difficult task to raise a child, when you have a child of your own you would understand how much your parents have done for you.
When i concieved, i could not stop but wonder how God works in each of our lives. imagine another you inside of you!! All through the 9 months we dont do anything for the baby but God takes care of the child throughout. It is beyond expression.

how nice of you!.. you're still single but yet you're interested to know the feeling of being a mom...yes, being a mother is one of greatest gift of God to us. There's a great feeling when you become a mother.the moment you conceive up to the moment of giving birth you would feel so many emotions. happy feeling,excitement and worries. Happy, because you know that you are capable of having a child and you know that there's an angel inside you that soon will bring out joy in your life. excitement, because you're so excited to see her/his face what does she/he looks like.worries, because you don't know what would you do to make her/him secure in all ways and you'll be worried for her/his future. I tell you. so nice and great to be a mother but being one is also has a great responsibility with it. You should always take care of your child no matter what happens you must always look after him/her. And you should make things right for her/him and mold her/him to be a better person.
When you're already a mother you will learn to set aside the things you used to do when you're still a single. like... buying those expensive clothes or perfumes you used to buy, you have to set aside that but instead you're oblige to buy child's needs first. But, tell you you'll not get irritated of doing that especially when you know the thing you buy would make him/her happy. really feel so good.I hope I gave you some ideas about motherhood and help you to know how it is to be a mom. I am a mother. At first, I was very scared to be a mother. I mean it's not exactly like a child comes with a manual. LOL. But once I held my baby girl for the first time, my heart was hers. I had no idea how one could love someone they just met so quickly. Everytime I see her smile I am reminded that there is hope for this world yet.

So to answer your question, yes it is the most amazing feeling and there is nothing like it.
