Are you photogenic?

I always try to smile on my pictures. I think if I look happy and show my teeth I look better on the picture. I look bad if I don't smile or keep my mouth closed and look mean. I think smiling is the most important part of the picture. For example, somebody could dress up and put on beautiful clothes, wear makeup on their face and fix up their hair fancy, but if they don't smile, the picture would still look bad. I think you have to be happy and show your smiling face to have a good picture.

No, not at all.
The problem is my lips edge is a little bit unbalance, but that only appear in the picture. If people look at me they will tell that there's nothing wrong with my lips, it looks balance. So, to deal with that problem I always try take the shot at one side angle of my face. But you know it won't do in my photo ID or passport.

Many people said that I'm kind of photogenic, but I don't really think so. I just tend to have some bushy eyebrows and it looked kind of thick in pictures, ha! But I am alright in people taking my pictures, though I don't really love taking my own personal that much. But I love it when I'm riding and someone takes my picture, it gives a whole new perspective.

I don't necessarily hate having pictures of myself taken. But at the same time I don't feel that I'm very photogenic. You want to know how rarely I take pictures of myself? On Facebook, you know how you have a picture to use for your profile picture? In all seriousness, the one I'm using, it was taken almost a year ago! Next month, actually.

Unfortunately, I don't have any tips of my own to give anyone. Sorry everyone.

I don't think I am photogenic. I can't pose for photos. When I look at myself in the mirror, I sometimes see myself in a good way that I have never seen myself before, yet the second a camera is shoved in my face I just can't pose anymore!
All of my photos are horrible, and the school ones are horrendous!

I don't think I am at all and I never have. I guess when I was 3, I actually posed for the camera and that was a big photo at my 50th birthday because I'm well known to be one to hide behind my hair, look down and hide from any cameras. There was one photo taken when I was about 16 that my daughter came across that I posed for and had a big smile on and actually looked at the camera. She was quite surprised. What she did not know is that I was drunk and we were all playing truth or dare and my dare was to pose for the camera as if I loved it. I've always been told i'm pretty but I really don't see it and never did in pictures or the mirror. I've learned not to care too much about that sort of thing. I figured out pretty young that even if I were pretty, it was a temporary thing and since I didn't think I was, it didn't matter much anyway....in the long run, what was most important was on the inside. If I weren't pretty on the outside, it may be a struggle to some extent but if I weren't pretty on the outside nor on the inside, well, I didn't have a chance. Also, If everything and everyone good in my life was simply because I was good enough on the outside, then where the heck would I be when that faded?
