I'm not the kind of person who gets to be conscious of his weight. But very recently, I feel my loose clothes and pants have tightened up on my skin and I have a difficult time wearing my clothes in the office. I also experienced gasping for breaths walking up the long flight of stairs to a commuter train. Now I'm starting to get heavy and I am really beginning to be conscious of my weight. I plan to go on a diet with the goal of losing some extra pounds just before the holiday season starts again (the month of decemember, that is).

Well yes at the monemt I am as my jeans feel much too tight and my tummy roll folds over my jeans, so I think I must start cutting down on the food intake as I don't want to buy a bigger size

I had a really hard time losing weight after my daughter was born...it just wouldn't come off! And I am not the kind of person who wants to count calories! I cut out all sugar, switched to whole grains, eat all the food groups together, and am exercising three or more times a week. And it's working - I went from size 18 to 11:):)

I am a woman and I have always been conscious of my weight. During my teenage years, I was on the chubby side, so i grew up being a bit obsess about getting skinny. It was primarily because of aeshetic reasons. But now, I am 30, of couse, I still want to pay so much attention on my weight, yeah, partially because I want to look great on a pair of skinny jeans,lol. but more particularly for health reasons. I am not getting any younger and the farther I am to the ideal weight, the higher the risk for getting heart-related conditions. So regular exercise & a balanced diet can keep me healthy.
If possible, go see your doctor first and ask about the ideal weight & possible advice. Good luck!

I am as well as hubby..LOL! We are always checking our weight and we always know when to slow down...I don't like to gain for many reasons! I do exercise everyday, walking, dancing! and since I eat a lot of rice, I am trying o minimize it as well as junk food and other stuff!happyhappyhappy

Hi! happy First of all, those MRT stairs are really evil because they're so high. Whenever I get to the top I gasp for air:P

Anyway, I wasn't really conscious about my weight until I notice recently that it just goes up. Some of my clothes were tightening up and one of my pants was "killing me" because I can't breathe in those anymore. I also have this knee condition where the cartilage in between the bones is thinning because of too much weight on my knees. So what I did was I went on a diet for months and have now lost 9 kilos (19.8 lbs). I was happy because I just had my birthday and I wanted to wear one of my favorite shirts on my birthday. I did lose enough weight and I was able to wear that shirt. Unlike my birthday last year, it was quite roomy in it this year w00t

If I'm craving for some food, I usually check what my weight is before deciding if I'd give in to my crave. This is the most weight I've lost and I don't want to waste what I worked for unlike in the past wherein I lost some weight then gave in to cravings and blew up again:P

It's so bad for high weight,that make us walk hard,when the summer is coming,we will sweat hard if we have a high weight,and we don't wear clothes that we like,and also it's bad for our health...I am this kind of person who gets to be conscious of my weight. lol

i was very lean before my wedding n i continued after my wedding too but after my pregnancy i gained a little weight, i was happy about it as everyone at home n all my relatives n even my inlaws n my husband too was everytime telling me to put on weight but i was helpless but now as i become a little fat i m really worried that i m going on put a weight n i want to reduce it. i dont have any problem if i gain weight but my post delivery tummy is remaining for me n i really wanted to reduce it n i m struggling hard to do it but i dont know wheather i will be successfull to do it.
as i feel that i need to wear loose clothes n during the time when i wear a saree i feel odd coz of my tummy n hence i cant tolerate this.
i started first with dieting n then now i have joined gymnastic n doing it regularly i dont know how far i can succeed, i hope i will reduce my tummy.

im very conscious of my weight. I have had three kids now and i had them by c-section. I went from 120 to 155 and for the past few months i have been tryingto lose weight and i havnt lost nothing.
Im going to keep trying as i know i could probly try harder.I just need to find a way to excirse with out getting bored of it and make it work in my busy schedule.
