Is There Someone Who Always Makes You Feel Left Out?  | |  Have you ever met someone who always makes you feel left out? Someone who always seems to stick it to your face that you don't fit in?
I've met several people like that. What's sad is that at first, they'll make you feel as though they could be 'potential' friends. They'll be all chummy with you, friendly. But when you meet them again, they'll be like, "Okay, so, why are we hanging out?". It really made me feel like I was the odd one out, that there was something I wasn't doing right. 
But, after meeting several "momentary' friends, I've acquired this mentality or way of thinking: IF PEOPLE OR "FRIENDS" MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I DON'T FIT IN, IT DOESN'T MEAN THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG. I TAKE THAT TO MEAN THAT I AM JUST TOO EXTRAORDINARY TO SETTLE IN THEIR ORDINARY WORLD.

| | | 2. easymoney75503 (1258) | 3 months ago |  i get that feeling at work all the time. at first everyone wanted to be friends and now that i have got promoted and trying to get promoted again they talk about me all the time. i just try and do my job the best i can. i dont kiss up etc i just do what i should do and dont goof off like try and sneak out for extra breaks etc. the other day we had pot luck for our team and i had some things that came up to where i just wasnt able to bring anything. granted in thepast i brought more then most and no one is ever told you cant eat but i was told this the other day. i felt like th out cast. everyone on our team in the conferrence room eating, laughing and having a great time and i was sitting outside in teh back smoking area. there was another girl cause she is buddy at work that didnt go in there cause she didnt think it was right either. she stayed with me and the two of us just felt like the red headed step kid that no one wanted. i mean i was told i couldnt go cause i didnt bring anything. i will never do anthoer pot luck in my life at that place or bring stuff for everyone. so many times i went and got juice, muffins, cookies, and fruit on saturdays when we had to work for everyone just cause i wanted to and to be nice and they did that i felt 2 inches tall.
