When you don't forgive someone, it's because your pride is in the way; you don't aplogize, apologizing would be tantamount to accepting that you're wrong and your pride doesn't want you to do that. Pride is good but just like anything, it should not be overdone.There are various relationships which too much pride ruined. Did you ever walk out on a friend or a lover and was too proud to go back? Were you too proud to swallow your pride and allowed a great relationship to go to waste?

Not because of pride but because I want him to understand that i was totally hurt and damaged but he is the one who uses his pride to cover up what he done. If i didn't do it he can think that all he do can be done without paying it back. You are correct that pride should not be overdone and should not be used always as a means of not accepting things.
