It is a mental condition that we keep on repeating that we are nothing and we feel nothing. Gather yourself and think of all the things you can do to have a good day. When you are able to have a god day, that would be the start of having a direction in your life. Don't be sad, we all pass through this stage. But I remind you, don't be in this stage for long and don't take any negative actions to solve this.
