How do you control the Negativities of life like problems, and many more?

It is true that problems and challenges can head our way at any time. However I have learned that it is better practice to not dwell on what might happen. That could take away precious time.
Just try to learn patience and count the blessings you have. Then you might not have time to think about anything negative heading your way.

I try to prevent as many of them as possible, arranging my life accordingly, alas I cannot completely stop them all. I mediate, I negotiate, I do battle when necessarily.
However, haunting we do have some measure of means of keeping in check.
All bad memories and events sting us and give us pain, but the only way they can haunt us is if we let them. It can be some work, moving on from them, or accepting them...but with time it can be done.
