Very often,I try to eat some with my coffee.
But I can´t.
So instead I eat a sort of brunch round lunchtime.

Yes,we all have heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
But what to do,when you can´t eat so early?

In the morning i sometimes struggle to eat but i manage to find a way to eat something. I wake up for about 1 hour before i eat breakfast because then i feel hungry.

I´m often hungry about 2-3 hours after I have got my morning coffee.

Is 2-3 hours after you have your coffee your lunchtime?

No,it´s after my morning coffee.

I am hungry in the morning so i always eat a huge breakfast so i don't feel hungry for a long time. Anyway it is very good to have a coffee because it wakes your brain up.

The darker the coffe the more it will help you stay awake if you are still sleepy.

Coffee makes your brain to wake up.
I take my coffee strong,black and new-brew with nothing in it.

I think dark coffee has lots of cafine which i think is not that good for health but it is good for keeping you awake. Do you agree with this??

I think all we eat and drink are dangerous for our bodies.

I agree with that. Everything we eat is sort of bad for our bodies. Specially food which is from fast food resturants because they have to serve a lot of people everyday so they don't bother a lot about the quality or whether if it is healthy. I believe the healthiest food comes from the kitchen. Do you agree?

Absolute,the best food comes from your own cooking.
Then,you know exact what you put in your mouth.

Good point about you know what you put into your mouth. I never thought of that. Eating from home is the best option if you suffer from allergies or illnesses such as diabeties because you know that you are eating safely. Do you agree??

Of course I agree with you.
It´s also cheaper to cook your own food.
I don´t like to cook.
But I do it once a month and put in the freeze.

Cooking your own food does take a lot of time. Most of us don't have time to prepare our own food. I have enough time but it is very difficult to take time out of my busy schedule. What about you? Do you have time to prepare your own food?

As I don´t work full-time,I have time over for other things too.
Cooking isn´t my favorite thing to do when I´m free from job.
But I begin,then I do some other things.
Then I went back to the cooking.

Cooking isn't my favourite thing in the world either. I never was good at cooking. I can prepare easy meals by getting stuff out the freezer and cooking it. Are you good at cooking?

I´m not a good cook.
But none have died of my food!
I always do easy things for my freeze..
One of my favorite dishes is lasagna.

I do manage not going to fast food resturants that often. Can you cook good enough that you don't have to go to fast food resturants that often?

I seldom go to restaurants.
Perhaps twice a month,when I have got my salary.
I don´t know if my cooking is good enough.
Perhaps you shall come over and try it.

I bet your cooking is good. If you haven't poisoned someone yet it has to be great.

I should die if it was a ban of coffee.
I can´t live without it.

Don´t remember how I was as a child,when it was breakfast.
But some mornings,I have tried to but a little in my mouth.
But the only thing that goes good,is coffee.

For me,2-3 mugs of strong,black coffee is a must in the morning.
I never put sugar,milk or flavor in it.
It makes my day.
Then I eat some kind of brunch round lunchtime.

I want my coffee strong,black and new-brew.
No sugar,milk or flavor in it.
In my opinion,it destroy the coffee taste.
I drink coffee at least twice a day.
Always in the morning,then round lunchtime,and very often also in the afternoon.

i am lactose intolerant and basically i don't like the taste of milk that's how i grew fond of coffee. my mum used to force me to drink milk but i just can't take it plain that's why i put coffee in it.

I´m not lactose intolerant.
But I´ve problems with milk.
I can´t drink it as it is,it´s OK with cacao in it.
It´s also OK if I use it when I do some cooking.

Seems like many people of today don´t eat breakfast.
But it looks like many drink some in the morning,coffee or tea.

Myself,I must have my 3 mugs of coffee.
