Do you brush in front of your mirror?  | |  Some people I have seen as they brush in front of their mirror and it has become their regular way of habit till they try to neglect it. When I started to brush I would never see my mirror as I have fear over the mirror. Life is totally dependent on how we take it.
Likewise the brushing your teeth would have larger impact and could have AT LEAST cleaning sensation till you sleep. I have seen many people who brushes their teeth two times a day and it all rather a hygienic process.
How about your habit do you have the same habit of brushing against your mirror or else would like to brush separately siting in corner of the house and od you come to y our hall or else would remain in the garden itself.

Beside that my bathroom doesn't have any mirror, so it become my habitual to bursh my teeth without mirror. My opinion is brushing our teeth doesn't need a mirror, because we can't see our teeth that are in the last row. So we just brush with our feeling and the way to brush that doctor told us.

my sink, and after that I watch tv. I've seen in commercials that always brush in front of mirror. My favorite toothpaste is red gel because it is a super mint, and every time I brush my teeth I usually drink water afterwards
