System automatically switched off and on how? Terribly confused and exhausted!  | |  Today morning I log in into my system and it all started very nicely and after sometime I noticed that my system has some problems. This is due to my system switched off automatically and disturbed my work. Many times I tried to rebuild my system but nothing happened so I went with all my techniques as far as I known. But nothing seems to be worked on and so I turned towards my technical people for help and still waiting for them.
Nothing seems to be working for me till now and above all I have created to another system by the people because they told me to wait till the system is getting repaired off and on. However many problems are solved due to my patience.
Till last week my system had not encountered any problem and above all it worked very sufficiently till my work stops. Today I came to my office very zeal manner but soon it faded away as I was able to see my system fluctuating .DO you encounter such a problem in your system often and if so would you rectify it by yourself? Or does the problem bug you in and out of the field. Does it so? Do you change your system then and there or would it been corrected by yourself?

you might need to ask your local computer technician if he would know how to fix it. i'm sure that it'll be simple to fix, just have to find out the problem of the computer for it to be doing that. you might have a virus also that's messing with your computer, and making it shut off automatically. i'm no computer expert, but, have learned a few things from what my boyfriend has had to do to mine, and his laptop.

I don't think it's hardware problem,hardware was broken less,after rebuliting your os,if this problem don't slove,you shall take it to repair.

I usually search forums for answers. If I couldn't fix it, neither does the technicians. Most technicians I encounter only fix minor problems. If they think it takes too much time and effort, they would suggest a replacement part.

| | | 4. mirage108 (2787) | 5 months ago |  if your system is turning off then back on. It sounds like a thermal switch either on the mother board or the power supply of the computer is going bad.
What happens is the thermal switch will open and turn off the computer when it gets too warm/ hot, and when it cools off it will turn the computer back on.
