Google Chrome.. New Web browser  | |  I've just downloaded google's web browser. It's okay. Its goona take me a couple of days to test everything out to see if I like it. But so far so good.
Has anybody else downloaded it?

I hadn't heard of it until today, but he told me about it so I went and did a google search. It looks very plain, like it's been designed only with dumb users in mind. I do like the fact that it's based on apple's webkit html rendering engine, but I'm not too sure what the javascript engine is like. They've designed their own from the ground up,so I'm thinking it is not going to be too good at this stage being so new. I haven't had a chance to play around with it myself as there is no mac version (which is what I have at home), and the computers in my classroom which run windows have strict security policies on them, so I can't install it to have a play with here.:(

 Bertman410 (212) | 3 months ago | yeah it's pretty plain. I'm sure there will be many upgrades as they decide to add new things. Another thing I like about it is it almost uses the speed dial option like Opera does. It takes 9 of your most visited sites and places it on any new page you start. I wanted to see what it was all about though thats why I downloaded it. I was using Opera and its been messing up on me for the past couple days and I'm not a fan on Mozilla Fox(I don't why considering its just like all the other browsers) and internet explore is old.lol | |

| theonow (58) | 3 months ago |  The only great feature is its speed. For me I didn't like the way the bookmarks feature was assembled. Plus it takes quite a bit of memory. It's clean and functional, but I would suggest to keep on using firefox since you are an admitted addict.
