What Do You Do in a Terribly BOring DAy?

hi mjmlagat...sometimes if it's a really boring day, there's nothing you can do to shake it but wait it out. sometimes doing something different helps, or doing something that you like. but on an extreme rare day when i'm usually bored, nothing helps but going to sleep and wake up to a new day. hope you have an enjoyable day.

Yeah I know what you mean. I try to keep my energy up by listening to music that gets you up. But sometimes that doesn't work loland I do one of those nodding numbers. So I think as human beings if there is nothing to keep the mind stimulated and it is not something routine, we will do that. Sometimes I found striking a conversation with someone if they are bored too will help liven things so you can go back to work refreshed. I hope that make sense lol.

I walked around. Make an excuse to go to this building and that, then spend some time talking about the next activity with colleagues. If I would still be bored after this, go to the computer area and surf, or go to the canteen and eat and while eating, catch up on the latest news, locally and internationally. But this rarely happens, only when it is a declared holiday and I'm still at work, marooned because the rains are too strong. . I understand what you are feeling because, I too am swamped at times by the amount of work. It's up to my neck, I don't know which one to start first. What I do is to prepare a checklist and determine which one has the deadliest deadline, then I start from there. Cheers.

I sometimes sleep on boring days. Sometimes I read, watch t.v. or surf the web.

when im bored i looked for anything on the fridge to eat or cook. i open my music player or watch movie. usually im having headaches when im bored so i make myself do something.

i would suggest you to buy some food and eat it while working. and put your favorite music on your player and listen to it.

whenever I feel bored and I am here in the office, and no work should need to accomplish, I will definitely log in here in mylot and maximize the use of my computer. but if I am not in the mood, I will definitely watch movie in the internet or chat with my friends..

If I am at home, I will definitely read books, or do the household chores. but if I don't have any choice, I will probably sleep.

You know mj, I am never bored fortunately, for I always find something to do, either a hobby, craft, or just walking along the shores of the beach...watching the clouds in the sky, or the birds feed, or just the green of the grass and trees...I am fortunate and blessed in life, and have not often felt boredom in my life..there is so much to see and do...xoxoxo I also have myLot to keep me from getting bored dear.

if it is me, most likely i will just make fun of my colleague if it is a terrible boring days and you get stuck in the office. the best thing is to chit chat, and if it doesn't work then you will just make fun of them. haha. but the end of the day remember to apologise.

Well i play online games to pass time. Sleeping i still the preferred way. Also i watch movie or i just start posting in mylot for timepass.

In my office when I get bored then I go to the medicinal garden and click the photographs of the medicinal plants as I have to document them. This brings a change in routine and my boredom also gets a new creative side.
