Esther finally has something to say in a story on The Young & Restless

I must say that I am thrilled and shocked by the whole situation. However, I am glad that Esther finally is getting some air time and an actual storyline in the show. I think that Esther has long just been Katherine's maid and yet could add so much to the show if given an opportunity.
I think that we will see a lot of different emotions out of Esther in the next few weeks. We know that Kate has always been ashamed that her mother was a maid and I believe that is why she has tried to hook Kane into this baby thing so that she wasn't just the maid's daughter anymore.
I think in the end that Chloe will be the one who will be outcast. Esther is a part of Katherine's "family" and I think that Katherine will only allow Kate/Chloe to degrade her for a small amount of time.

Yeah for Esther she needs a new story line now she is going to be a grandma so maybe her life will not be so boring.Although Cane is not the dad and I hope that comes out soon too.You have a great evening.

Did I miss an explanation of where Chloe/Kate has been all this time? There are a lot of really good story lines going on right now but there are a lot of characters that could stand good stories. Paul could really use a good story, he is still a cute guy and a nice one. There are a lot of good people on the periphery of the show that just kind of stand around waiting to step in for little things.

The actress who plays Esther has been a stewardess for a long time, so she has held two jobs. I think I read that she finally hung up her wings though. She is much more attractive than she is made up to be in the show.
