| | | 2. uncrushable (42) | 3 months ago |  It depends really. My PMS can either be nonexistent, in which case I'm happy as a clam. Other times I can feel overly excited and happy and then have a devastating emotional crash after a few days. Other times you'd think I was channeling Satan. And still other times I feel so depressed I don't want to move for days.
The only thing I can do is just work through it and try to keep myself from being an emotional wreck. It would only stress me and whomever happens to be around me. Not much else I can do.

i believe in PMS ans the mood swings .. each individual woman have to have their own responsibility on themselves ..
we have to study and analyze our inner body language ie the hormans ..
i have done my analysis over the past years .. and i have managed to control my emotions and mood swings well ..
it is "MIND OVER BODY or MIND OVER HORMON" ..
The mind will actually allow us to do what needs to be done when it needs to be done
