Hurting Someone

I think sometimes we feel guilty with what we do to someone who really doesnt really deserve the love we have.Pretending that we love that person but just needing her support and help to achieved our goals. Life is not easy to survive alone. It's mix feelings of getting out of it and not letting it go just to satisfy your needs and wants in life. That I know it's kind a unfair for her.Usually men does this for a reason,an ego tripper I guess. Have a nice day!

I think that I'm the victim for your discussion even I'm a guy. My previous relationship is not the things that I'm expected. Until now, I'm not really know whether she love me or not. It really hurt me so much at that time. For my opinion, maybe they were feel lonely at the time and needs someone to warm up their heart. Then they started the relationship. After they get want they want, they may leave you away and this will hurt the other person. This only my personal opinion.

Well.. you pressed on a hurtful nerve of mine. I met this person in my first job. He was already into a relationship. I found him quite different and did admire him. Though, nothing more than that. However, we became real good friends in sometime. Rumours fled and reached his girlfriend's ears and she broke up with him thinking that he had got quite intimate with me, though that wasn't true. He tried hard to have her back but all in vain.
I felt really guilty for this. I held myself responsible for his break-up. Even I tried contacting this girl but she just won't budge. I stopped talking to this guy.
Finally, after months we were back again as friends. He would often talk about her and I would apologise. He always said that it was her suspicious nature that broke them apart, but whatever... After a few more months, he proposed to me. I didn't really know what to say and how to take it. Guilt-stricken as I was, I accepted his proposal. I never felt into the relationship though I tried my best to fill up the gap that had been developed because of me in his life.
I cared for him a lot. But as for love, I never truly felt that I loved him. Unable to go on lying to him and myself anymore, I left the job after a year and also the city. After a while I even stopped receiving his calls. I wrote to him a letter finally telling him about the acute confusion and emotional trauma that I had been living in. We never talked after that.
To this day, I haven't forgotten the incident and still feel sorry for him. Earlier I thought I was responsible for his break-up and now I think that it was so cruel on my part to have broken up with him....

well.. i hurt someone before.. but that was when we fight the last time... I told her everything.. that i have a new girl.. And she cries infront of me and keep hugging me saying "Don't go".. I really don't wanna broke up with her that time but that's the best thing that i need to do.. coz you know my family are moving from Philippines to ontario canada and we can't be together anymore.. but after 6 years, i came back in the philippines but she's with another boyfriend.. no.. not boyfriend.. its her husband already coz the guy had her pregnant...

I didn't really intended to hurt her that time.. but that's the thing.. i'm telling her try to understand coz we'll both getting separated.. Oh well its the past and don't wanna remember it anymore.. happy mylotting mate and goodluck on this discussion that you've started..

I have not hurt anyone. But i have seen the scenarios where people just mix with you for own advantage. some peopel always want to enjoy time and thus enter any relationship without any committment. so if the other person feels bad, they have no hindrance in breaking up.

i'd met this guy thru chat and he became my boyfriend afterwards..we're in love with each other ( that i thought) but im wrong he's in a relationship before we had one..i broke up with him but he don't like coz he said he love me more than he's girlfriend.he tried so much to win me back but i didn't give in..i didn't feel sorry or guilty for him coz in the first place he's the one who first fooled me..(".)

I once did this before with my ex-boyfriend.. Actually, it is his fault because of being insecure and being a jealous person.. At first, I though he is a good person but as days and weeks goes by instead of falling in love with him the more I hate him.. He always jealous to everything like my friends (whether boy or girl), my cousins, family, classmates and to strangers.. He was always freaking out if he saw me I'm with other guy or even talking to my friends..He always there anywhere I go.. I don't have freedom to do what I want.. I always need to asked him a permission to do this or to that.. I can't decide for my own.. If ever I will do the things I want he will really get mad at me and start acting like an id1ot.. So, I decided to broke up with him but then at first he don't like.. Since I can't stand with his behavior and attitude, he made me no choice but to hurt him.. Well, I told him all the things that I felt for him and all the anger that I had for him.. Then I started to avoid myself to him.. I don't care what he will feel until finally he just let me go.. I know that he is so mad at me until now and the same I feel for him.. Of course, I am very guilty of all the things that I said and done to him but that is the only way I can think of so that he will let me go.. Well, until now we are not still talking and I don't think so that I will talked to him.. Actually, I really don't want to talked to him anymore...

I also don't understand these situations in society these days. I feel sorry for the victims of the people who do this often. They are just thinking of love as a game and nothing about serious stuff. Happy posting.

yes, i did it because i got mad and to call it quits, i made him angry too. lol. it was really crazy but we're good friends now though.
