Do you LOVE pork? OR you STOP eating pork?

I never eat ever since because it is prohibited in my culture of religion and guess my wife could explain well about this matter but she said she do eat pork before she did not became Muslim and without telling her that it is prohibited in the religious culture so she just stop eating it because she said she cannot handle to eat it anymore because she is not eating it already for a very long time.......

Well pork is one of my favorites but i only eat pork whenever its really nice cooked.. I don't do diet coz i do work out that's why i maintain fit.. Pork gives many calories and fats in our body.. So that's why my family and i always eat pork meat to recharge our bodies from daily workout.. We don't eat the fat portion by the way.. Yes rice is nice when with pork hehe.. in any cook of pork it is delicious.. Well happy mylotting and keep posting my fellow countrymen=)

I think people get very confused about PORK.

To start with GOD never made any dirty animals, all his creations where HOLY and PURE.

As for the fat, most of the Animals man has bred or interbred, Beef, Sheep, fowls, the fat is a problem to man.

The meat that is good for man to eat is what is called GAME meat (wild animals)

As these have lean meat and very little fat on then so it makes it much healthier to eat, So we understand why FISH is good for us.

All animals have worms so do humans, many animals are born with worms like dogs.

The Asians have many PORK dishes and have had them for 100's of years.
Whale Blubber is FAT but is important to the Eskimo's (sorry their proper name slips my mind) They need the fat in their diet to keep them warm in the frozen land they live in.

JEWS dont eat pork, as they see the pig as a soiled animal who carries the devils number, but Christians eat pork as they beleive all animals are good as GOD made them, GOD is GOOD and all he made is GOOD.

I"m not a fan of pork and for all intents and purposes have stopped eating it. I used to love pork chops an dpork roasts as a kid, but as my tastes matured and after living with a muslim boyfriend, I lost my taste for it. It does have a dirty taste to it and is loaded with fat...not what I need. Thanks for sharing that info. I'm all about living a long and healthy life.

I can eat pork but I choose not too as I see on the television and hear about many people who ear pork. People who eat pork that is not well cook stand a really good chance of getting a tape worm. I mean yeah its great you got a worm you don't put on weight but its kinda disgusting. And if the worm eats a whole in your stomach you'd be in big trouble, medically of course.

I can't imagine life without eating pork chops or pork steak, bacon or any other thing that has to do with pork. I don't think pork has alot to do with how long you live, what makes that decision is a healthy diet and making sure your foods are cooked to the right temperature. I don't really get into what the bible has to say about pork, i'll eat it anyways on any given day. I've been eating pork since I can barely remember and it's never once gotten me sick.

I love pork and eat it when I get a chance to. Which is rare. Thats because it is a lot more expensive than cheaper meats here like turkey and chicken and beef. However, at restaurants, this is one of my favorite meats to get. I love pork in Thai food. As for the worm things, that really isn't a problem if you cook it right. And as for the fat and cholesterol concerns, when compared to many animals it isn't that bad. You just have to remove the fatty protective layer that is close to the skin. Anyways, it tastes great I think, so I love it. Also, I will clarify, I am not religious at all, so that would not influence me.

I absolutely love Pork, in fact it has always been one of my favourite meats ever. BUT I cannot eat Pork, not because of religion or beliefs or anything but simply because I suffer with IBS and so my body does not digest it properly. It gives me really bad stomach ache and can at times make me feel really ill. So for that reason I had no choice other than to stop eating it. The worm thing never bothered me either.

how to say, you can choose not eating pork, and i can choose enjoy it. i am not muslim and i am not christian, i just like to choose something taste and enjoy it.
not all the times, sometimes i choose pork, what i wanna say is why not?

I never ate pork before i was taught that pork is bad for you i dont even know what pork taste like.
