Do you delete spam emails without opening them?

yup, i do delete the entire content of my bulk folder occasionally without opening them.. i easily get bored going through worthless spam e-mails.. and thank God, i have never lost an important email while doing so..:)

No, I don't delete spam mails right away. I check them first then delete. Good evening.

oh yeah, it's a waste of time. and besides, i already know that it's nothing but crazy stuff so it ends up in the trash folder.

I just check the senders name and if it is something from a trusted source I open it. Otherwise it is just select all delete for me. I don't have time for spam. I never lost an important mail doing so.

I used to check only my inbox but now I check all of my folders and read the subject and sender first before open or delete it.

I almost lost my customer mail order before because that email was sent to bulk folder. I didn't even notice until he call me after few days passed. So, I check my bulk folder and found his order there.

After that, I will always check both my inbox and bulk folder to see if there are important mail in there or not.

Every time! Between all the work related and personal email accounts I have I generally receive several hundred of them a day. It is a pain in the backside and very hard to control. For my work email accounts I have a double delete scenario set up so I actually have to confirm a second time before emails are completely removed from the system. This ensures that I don't lose any wanted emails accidentally.

Well, before I do delete spam mail in my spam mail folder, I browse a little, then if nothing shows, I delete entirely. If the email was lost, then surely the person can send them again.

Yup I delete the spam emails in Yahoo without bothering about what they contain. But I do check the spam emails on GMail. The reason? Yahoo contains 100+ spam emails whenever I log in and GMail don't have any for most of the time.
Here Yahoo is not to blame. I have given that email to hell lot of sites and they all turned out to be spammers!

Yes. I automatically delete mails that I know for sure are spam. I don't bother opening them. Especially with the displeasing onset of viruses in the internet, one cannot be sure about those spam mails.

I did have a mistake though of deleting an email that I thought was spam because I was not familiar with the sender's e-addy. As it turned out, it was actually an email from a cousin of mine. Oh well!

Yes i delete all spam mail without opening. But i regularly check spam folder because i got lots of my important mail in spam. So i just look to subject, sender and then delete.......
