Can you describe...

I was at work, and could not get him off my mind. I worked long hours at a hotel, and as a banquet server so naturally you would not want to get deep in thought at a place like that. I was in charge of setting up the buffet, and aside from not really knowing how to do it, my thoughts were somewhere else. I surveyed the hotels three times trying to find (this word escapes me) a lighter type thing for the buffet food. A ex friend of mine knew that I was in love with him, and as soon as I got off work I called him (I think) or instant messaged him, and I believe that was my last day of work as I quit to be with him. He has made me laugh, cry, and fall in love with him all over again time and time again. I appreciate this discussion and agree that people should fall in love with the same person over and over again.

I already posted the same answer here on mylot and hope people dont get bored to read it once again. I was once returning from an interview and I was sad because I could not make it. Its a night bus and she was sitting beside me. She saw me to be sad and asked me why I was unhappy. Later we were discussing our plans for the entire night. When we reaced our destination, we were exchanging our address. Guess what, she is gong to live in my next doors for another two years! We used to meet daily and when I had to shift for my career, we both were upset and on the day of my departure she proposed her love to me and I readily accepted. We are planning to get married early next year.

Um no clue Ocean..love is too dificult to describe..thats when you know you are in love..when there are no words!!

I have never fell in love with anybody except myself. The day I fell in love with myself was a great day. I have never been able to forget that day. That is a day worthy to be remembered . Until then, I had hated myself, despised myself. But finally, I realised that it was not correct to hate or despise myself and I started loving myself. From then onwards, I have been a new person.

I've seen that movie. It really was a great love story!

Hmmm, let me see. I definitely have a love story of my own, I just don't know where to begin. Okay, here goes.

I belong to a site called MyPoints where they give you points for clicking on a link, plus more points if you sign up for things. You convert those points to gift cards once you've accumulated enough. Well, I got one email from them about a dating site called MatchMaker. I wasn't interested in meeting anyone at the time because I really had had enough of bad relationships and was saving up to buy my home in the country that I've always wanted, by myself. But, I signed up to join MatchMaker because I got 25 points from MyPoints for doing so. I had to create an account to be eligible for the 25 points, so I did.

I got a lot of responses to my bio on MatchMaker, but I didn't pay any attention to them until one day I got this one and something told me to open it. I did and read the bio of the guy who had written to me. I was drawn right to him!

I didn't answer right away because I had some legal business to take care of regarding my son. He had gotten into trouble (not his fault) in another State and I had to go and help him out. So, three days later, when I got back home, I wrote to this guy and said that I liked what his bio said and would like to get to know him better.

We wrote back and forth for about a month, then started talking on the phone. He was begging me to go out on a date and, even though I had previously made up my mind that I didn't want to have anything to do with men ever again, I broke down and said yes. There was something about this guy that I couldn't yet put my finger on.

The day of our date, we talked on the telephone for 10 straight hours!!! We got off the phone when he was at my front door! I couldn't believe how that time flew by so fast. We had SO much to say and never seemed to run out or get tired of listening.

When he picked me up, I knew that we belonged together. There was no doubt in my mind. I felt instantly very comfortable with him... not nervous at all, like we had known each other all our lives. Before our date was over, I knew he was the soulmate I had been looking for my entire life and he felt the same way. He confessed to me that when he first saw my picture and bio, he printed it out and showed it to his sister saying, "This is the woman I want to marry."

It didn't take long! We dated for about two months when he proposed marriage. Of course, I said yes and moved in with him. Eight months after that, we were married.

We just celebrated our third wedding anniversary in August and, with the exception of some minor issues that crop up every now and then (as in any relationship), we're still as happy together as the day we met.

I believe we are true soulmates, kindred spirits, whatever you want to call it. We think alike, we say the same things at the same time, we enjoy doing most things together, he works basically from home so we spend all day, every day, together and it never gets 'old'.

I have had two loves. My first was as a teen. This really neat boy came to church with someone else. I watched him be manipulated, and hurt by his girlfriend, and I could not understand why. I found that I could always trust him, as a friend. I was there during one more hissy fit on her part, and did what I could thinking I would help put them "back together". It was at that time he decided to move on. I loved how he treated her, at all times, and then I became his princess. We had our ups and downs, and were so tuned in, that even when he lost his ability to speak, people marveled at how we communicated. I fell in love with over and over again, as a teen, as a wife, as a partner, and as a caregiver. He will always be in my heart. God let us meet early, because Larry was going to leave early.
As a widow, I was lonely. For a joke,or entertainment, I wrote to some people in a singles newspaper. I was having a bad summer, not able to please any of the teenagers, or college students who were hanging out with me. I began falling in love with Bob when he first called me, before we ever met. He would call me, and talk to me til I fell asleep. He would call me, and tell me good morning as I went to work. I knew I was in love when I became scared for him when he was late, driving six hours to come see me. When he would hold me, I felt like I really had found a heart home again. As a foot note, two years ago a lady from my church asked when we had met. I told her. She had been on a youth retreat with my daughter. My daughter had asked specifically that I would meet someone who would be a good partner for me. That is what they prayed for for me. That is the weekend I first heard from Bob.

Actually there sre different combination of feelings that I felt when i fall in love. It was a bit of excitement with a combination of nervousness. In the Philippines, here in oue country, it was really "kilig" when you are really in love. You tend like to shout, you jump and don't even know what to do becasue to much happiness.

I don't think there are enough words to describe it! It's such a surreal feeling that it just takes over but words don't really apply. There just aren't enough. Hope all is well with you!:)

I knew the first time I saw Brian that he was the one I would spend my life with.

But when I "fell in love with him"...? Thats easy... it was our second date.

I had just gotten into a fight with my best friend/room mate, and I was very upset. I was crying, I was shaking.. it just wasnt a pretty picture. Brian showed up at my door out of the blue, I grabbed my coat and told him I need to get out of here.

So he put the top down on his little white Lebaron conertable, and we drove around on the highway for hours with no particular destination.

Now, I knew I loved this boy when he flipped on his car CD player, and blasted the song "Sweet Tranvestite" from the Rocky Horror Picture Show, as loud as he could. He then proceeded to sing along, at the top of his lungs, word for word, useing the same drama that the crazy doctor uses in the play. When I started to laugh at him it only made him sing louder.

My tears of saddness turned into tears of joy... no one had ever gone to such lengths to make me laugh, and I knew that night that I had fallen in love.

And I dont even like Rocky Horror Picture Show.
