 i always burn dvd videos and it took me 3 hours to burn 2 movies in one dvd discs? are computer powered by intel core 2 or quad burns faster? i haven't tried or seen a computer rendering a dvd video...

I use TMPG for encoding, and it'll prolly take around 3hrs for a 2hr video, but I use some filters, so I dunno... I think encoding would only be significantly faster for multicore processors if the software supports multithreading and multicore optimization, in general.
