Do you wake up in the morning and immediately feel hungry?  |

 Or do you start feeling hungry after you have been up for a while. I have been up since 6:30am, not it is 8:10am and I am feeling so hungry. It came on suddenly. Now I am thinking about what I should eat. I guess the little work I have done so far in the house has increased my hunger.
Not sure what I will have, but I need it and need it soon
How about you, do you wake up in the morning ready to eat right away, or can you wait a little while?

I like some cereals, rice krispies especially, but I can not eat cereal first thing in the morning, the milk makes my stomach hurt. If I do eat cereal, it is hot cereal, like oatmeal or cream of wheat, that works better for me, does not cause stomach pains.

It's like your body is calling you to eat! And it is normal as the breakfast is the most important meal of the day:)

When I was working, I hardly ever ate anything in the morning, but since I am home now due to a job lay off, I find I will eat a little something in the morning. I noticed since I have been home, that my weight has stabilized, and it seems like I have lost some inches. So, I guess the balance of eating regularly lets your body know that you are not starving and eliminate the body fat. | |

3.  semicolonp (147) | 3 months ago |  I'm one of those people who don't get hungry immediately. My morning routine includes eating as one of the latest because of this and sometimes, I'll eat while leaving the house and just brush my teeth when I arrive on my destination.
I've been this way since young, though, so it's either my body got used to the formula, or some part of my mind doesn't wake up with me and takes a while to remind my self I'm hungry.:P
I do eat a lot after the initial breakfast though. Maybe the fact that I eat before sleeping have something to do with my non-hunger during my first minutes of waking, but I have yet the facts to prove or disprove it.

| sudalunts (2664) | 3 months ago | Yeah, I know many people can not eat first thing in the morning. My husband for one, it doesn't bother him if his first meal is at noon. The coke probably helps your stomach as well, since coke is sometimes used to settle a stomach ache.
And I guess the coke works the same as coffee. Coffee, is the first thing my husband grabs in the morning. I do not drink coffee, so I am not sure of the affect it has on you after waking up. | |
