Let your hands do the talking!!

I do have a lot of facial expressions but not much hand gestures hehe. I know some people who are very animated while talking or telling a story. They can change their voices and even act out the whole story for you effortless. They make you more into the story by doing that without them even noticing what they are doing hehe. It is really fun listening to those people although sometimes it gets too distracting when they keep being animated haha.

oh thats funny, I have to keep an eye on this one because I dont even know. I think I use more facial expressions than my hands but it could be possible that i just failed to notice but I know I do use exaggerating facial expressions to get my point across just like if I used my hands to do the same. I have never notice my boyfriend to do this, he is rather laid back but when he is talking about something that he thinks is important he has a way of giving this peircing state when he ask "what do you think about that?" but I like when he's serious like that because its kind of hot.

Gesticulation, no I am not one for doing it. I sometimes do but not a lot, my hubby does though he is always very animated when he is talking. One of my sons whos is 8 also does it and he pulls some great faces too.

I am more on facial expressions, I only use my hands when I want to emphasize something! LOL!
And I know most of the time, I need to act out and need to stand and do the body to give more meaning to what I am talking! But, not often though!

I don't think I do that much. I might move my hands a little sometimes, but I don't think all the time. Like, if I am on the phone, I am not using my hands.. but if I am talking to a really good friend face to face I might gesture a little.

I am terrible about talking with my hands. I can remember having to get up in front of people in school to give reports and my friends making fun of me because I like to talk with my hands. I'm not sure why, it's just a habit and I guess it kind of makes me feel a bit more comfortable if I can talk with my hands.

I try to make it a habit to cut down on the amount I use my hands when I'm speaking but I do find it a bit hard. I can do it, but it just does not feel natural to me not to use my hands.

People tell me if they tied my hands behind my back, I wouldn't be able to talk!

As a magician I do a lot of hand gestures when I talk while performing. Well I was really so used to it that even when I talk normally to people you could see my hands move as well. It helps me explain things and express my feelings better.

Hey mommyboo! So you're one of those animated talkers!
Let me think a minute. Actually, I find myself standing
with one hand on my hip when I'm talking. I don;t think
I am all that animated. I am not a hand talker. I may
use body language and definitely use facialy expressions.
That I'm sure of, especially if one of my friends is there
and we are making faces behind whomever's back we are
talking to! I can be very funny with my expressions!

its like something that is inborn with them!! i feel that some people do that in order to express whatever they say a still more deeper!!
but too much of such actions will surely make people laugh at them!! moving hands and body to some extent while talking is the way that most people do!!! but it should also be in a controlled manner!! hahaha
