1.  djbtol (2143) | 3 months ago |  I already belong to the three PTC sites you have listed, and Neobux is the only one for which I received payout (instantaneous payout it was).
Here is an interesting note on Earn3.com. For a while they had increased their minimum from $3 to $10. Recently they put it back to $3 and I was able to request payout. I requested payout and I got a message back stating that there were 1100 people requesting payout before me. Guess I may have to wait for awhile.
Patience, and if you get bummed out, remember that PTC used to be for .01 to .02 cents. It took a much longer time to get a balance then.
