 I love taking naps. I fell asleep early last night, and as a consquence woke up very early this morning, so now I'm sleepy. So I'm getting ready to go take a nap.

1.  Laura84 (171) | 3 months ago |  I don't normally as I usually wake up feeling extra tired and really grouchy! However I had to last week as I'd just been on a 7hr overnight flight. I got back home at 9am, went for a nap at 10 and woke up at 2pm! Felt much better for it though.

2.  Robin55 (104) | 3 months ago |  I adore naps, but now that I'm going back to work full-time for awhile I won't get to take them as often. lol. I seem to be more nap-prone in the winter, too. Must be a seasonal thing. lol.

| 3. TheHawkBat (621) | 3 months ago |  I usually don't. I like the idea of them, and sometimes I will when I am super tired. But I usually wake up feeling worse. I'm not sure why this is. I'll usually take like an hour long nap when I do, and feel so bad afterwards.

4.  winzpc (1653) | 3 months ago |  I can say I like to take a nap. But I can easily sleep at that time. I must be in very tired condition then I can get a sleep. If don't, I won't be able sleep my mind is far away from or thinking my job. So i'm rarely take a nap.
I think is just need adjustment, if you not take nap for a long time then you won't feel sleepy at night. But if you always or often take a nap at noon, so you must have it or you will feel sleepy like. This is happen to my mother.

So most of the time I do not take naps even though I could take a nap every day when my son naps. Instead of napping I get things done around the house that are easier to do without a two year old helping LOL!
