 hi, people say they can't go to sleep if they drink coffee before sleep. but why do i sleep fast even after a 500ml strong coffee? am i different?haha

2.  Arkie69 (515) | 3 months ago |  The answer is very simple. You are adicted to caffene and any time you feed an addiction along this line it tends to calm you down. I was this way for years and I drank a lot of coffee. The stronger the better. However at a poing in the past few years it has reversed on me and it now keeps me from going to sleep. My nerves changed as I got older and the coffee now peps me up to a point where I can't get to sleep. I would advise you to start easing off coffee where you are only drinking a couple of cups a day. I love the stuff but I had no choice but cut back on it.

Mostly it can relieve muscle tension and relax you especially late in the day when you are tired. For years I had coffee before bedtime to unwind from a hard days work. Now if I have a single cup after lunch I have a hard time getting to sleep when I go to bed about 10 PM. | |

I mean people say that they have strong coffee to stay away during exams and all and study and all. Well i tried this during my exams and as soon as i had coffee, i slept off and slept off for like 4-5 hours. lol. I missed out on my studing time and that coffee was the casue of it. SO now i have coffee only and only when i go out to coffee shops or something like that. Other than that i dont have coffee at all. Anyways nice discussion buddy and happy mylotting to you:)
