Do you have an awesome steak rub for your smoker?  | |  I have a Brinkman smoker and I use to cook steaks and other meat on. I have my own rub I use, but the family doesn't much care for it. I also use Mesquite for flavor as well. So, for those of you who use a smoker, what kind of recipes do you have for your rubs? Are they southwestern or not? Also what are your favorite types of meat to smoke. Personally, I prefer London Broil.
