I agree with marisriel, round boxes are harder to make with cardboard! If you changed the shape of the box you would have to change the material it was made from. Maybe plastic is ok? At least with a square box you can hold the corners if it is too hot!:)

you are right, when Pizza is in front of you, there is no need to think anything else:) .
as everyone is thinking in the same way, that creating round box is difficult, then my question would be: why PIZZA is round shaped? why don't they made PIZZA square shaped?
Now any thought on this......

Because it would be even more difficult to make a square pan, also how would you slice the pizza? 4 or 9 square slices or diagonally into 4 pieces. What the hell.... just give me a pizza any day.

I think it is easier to get a round pizza out of a square box as you have the room to get your fingers in the spaces that is left in the rounded part. Am I saying this right?? Brain is kind of working overtime today as I have lots on my mind. Whatever the reason for the box I could really go for a pizza right now. I have not had a regular pizza for almost a year. Sure do miss it.
