Is eating guava healthy for my body?

Guavas are rich in vitamin C, so it's good to eat guavas. It's a great healthy fruit for all of us. Good day!

I don't know how healthy guava is as such but there is a general sating that all fruits are healthy. Only if your suffering from a cold then its not good to have guava I heard. I also love eating guavas especially the ripe harder ones. I'm not so fond of eating the very soft ones.

For Christmas my mom usually makes a sweet called guava cheese and I and all my friends really like it a lot. Its very tasty and I keep popping into the cabinet and removing some during Christmas time Hehehe..
