Hai there are many ppls who are struggling to reduce weight.I hope its very hard to reduce weight when the man found to be fat.Hai i have some few tips to reduce weight,drink lot of water in a day and avoid oil foods.WAt abt ur tips???

Little exercise along with your tips will reduce the weight easily. Just have a walk everyday. Thats more than enough. In a month, you can reduce up to 2 or 3 kgs. Hehe. Happy mylotting.

You can follow the following to reduce the weight..

a) Do not reduce the food what you have take right now.. (in terms of quantity)

b) have the same quantity of food, with more times.. (for example you took the food for 3 times in a day full meals means, you split the same to 6 or 7 times and divide the same food quanity)

c) Eat the less quantity of food with frequent interval

d) "Walk" more, when ever you found time.

e) If you are active in your life time, you never found any problem due to your body.. try to be active throughout the day, do not sit idle.

f) if you reduce the food style, the eating habits, it will give you a side effect like ulser and other stomach problems.

Although I am having a harder time losing or maintaining my weight now that I am older, it really is a matter of intake vs output. If you take in more calories than you expend you will gain weight. If you use up more calories than you eat, well then logic tells you that you will lose weight!
Of course menopause has a field day with this theory!
