Do you think that contest for baby's should be free??  | |  Everyone keeps telling me how adorble my 8 month old daughter is and how i should enter her in some kind of contest so she can get some exposure. Every where i've looked they want some kind of donation. Most companies are asking for 20.00 min.- 150.00 max.
I think that if your child has what they're looking for then why should we have to come our of our pocket for anything. It should be the companies job to invest. It's not like they won't make they're money back. What do you think??

| | | | | | 1.  newlands6801 (331) | 3 months ago |  i personally don't think you should have to pay anything especially in online contests, but in actual pagents usually you pay $20 or so and it pays the winner and runner ups. i agree with you on if the kid has what they want you shouldn't pay anything they should be paying you. the whole baby contest thing gets confusing you never know how they work

| | 2.  tlb0822 (648) | 3 months ago |  My fiance and I have had the same thing. Our daughter, Jamilyn, is 8 months old, and everyone tells us to enter her into baby photo competitions. Almost everyone wants an entry fee. I don't think that there should be any type of fee. We have done local contest which don't have entry fees, or prizes, and they have been nice. Babytalk magazine occasionally has photo contest that are free. If I hear about any more I'll let you know.
