TV producers, I have an idea for a show!  | |  I know at least two or three real-life families that should be in their own television sitcom.
Maybe it could air on Sunday nights around 8 or 9 pm until everyone gets sick of watching them then they can stuff it into the back-end of a Monday night, sit-com line up.
The one family that I really find entertaining, could reuse the title of the popular 50's show "My Three Sons", but with a modern and comically dysfunctional twist. The main characters of the family are three boys in age ranges from 7 years old to 13 years old that each have their own mischievous, eccentric personalities. Each one of them somehow causes enough ruckus in the neighborhood during the day, it eventually converges into one huge combined mess that their mother, has to be the one to straighten out.
The youngest son is always moody and capable of destroying anything that gets in his path including his brothers. He seems to have a liking for all things military. The middle son is the one that likes to manipulate mom and dad by being sweet in front of them, but when no one is watching, can be devilishly sneaky. The oldest boy is extremely brilliant just like a proverbial "mad scientist" and he's also the ring leader to all the bad-idea, induced activities. The mother's role in all this is to keep as much order with these characters as humanly possible. Of course, she is an intelligent, militant-like, tough person; That's right, a real "biotch". She is the real leading role for this version of the show, "My Three Sons"!
All along the father, let's just call him "Dad", is a retro-80's, ex-pot smoking, rock n'rollingdiehard that only disciplines his boys when they are not being clever enough about their menacing and slightly dangerous ideas. Otherwise you really don't see him much in the show unless he's in the background playing video games.
We wont gain any new moral knowledge or get any smarter from watching this family on TV, but it will be funny as hell just to see them anyway.

I think most average families probably arent that exciting that is why there is always some family on that has an issue like little people big world, or John and Kate plus 8. or even Growing Up Gotti, or the Osbornes.
