1. glay22 (233) | 3 months ago | hi there, my dad has arthritis too.. my uncle who is a doctor advised us to let my dad soak his swollen foot (due to arthritis) in a tub with medium warm water with salt. He said it eases the pain and swelling and it worked.. My dad said he is somewhat relieved from the discomfort. And one thing, tell your husband to avoid seafoods this time, as it is high in uric acid which causes arthritis

2. DoriLentrich (148) | 3 months ago | Arthritis is horrible. I know first-hand how debilitating it can be. There are some homeopatich remedies that help relieve some of the inflamation. But, you should talk to your doctor (if you can) to make sure that nothing more serious is going on. Tylenol Arthritis is a good medication that seems to help alleviate some of the pain. But, again make sure that it doesn't conflict with any of the other medications your husband may be taking. You local pharmacist should be able to let you know. I also find Aleve works, if you can take ibuprofen. Ginger is a natural anti-inflammatory, as well as tumeric. You can include these ingredients in rice or potatoes, or soups. They have very strong flavors so make sure you like the taste, but they can help. Also, flax seed is said to be good at providing some relief. I grind fresh flax seed every morning and put it in my oatmeal. I would reccomend using the fresh versions of these ingredients instead of supplements. You run less of a risk of overdose or interactions. Some simple exercises for flexibility might also help. The more mobile you are, the better your chances for not suffering permanent injury because of the condition. Before going that route, though, you really need to talk a medical professional. You husband may have mobility conditions that need to be taken into account before beginning any exercise regimine. I am truly sorry about your husband's pain. Hopefully, one of these help. The best of luck to both of you.

3. Alexandria37 (4506) | 3 months ago | I also suffer from arthritis but I am unable to take any pain relievers because I am on so much other medication and I suffered liver damage. However, I started taking Maca which is a herbal remedy and this helps a little. I rub tiger balm into my fingers and wrists and this also helps. Whatever remedies you might decide to use, alway check with your GP or your pharmacist first, just to be on the safe side. I hope you will be able to get something soon to help relieve your husband's pain.

| 5. Creative123 (12) | 3 months ago | Yeah, arthritis is incurable but still it can be taken care of. I don't know if you have heard of yoga or not but i can guarantee you that practicing some of the Yoga's that i am recommending here, can definitely ease his pain and make him feel better. Just try this because it is not going to do him any harm, atleast, if you feel this is not gonna do any good. http://fitnessfundaa.blog... http://fitnessfundaa.blog... http://fitnessfundaafunda... http://fitnessfundaafunda... And you can also try some Pranayam's like Bhastrika, kapal bharti and anulom vilom, which you can also find on the site given above. Hope it helps you..
